I am a seasoned executive with over 20 years leading human capital management, organizational change, competency development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across multiple industries. I partner with business and IT to drive ERP-enabled adoption and measurable business value.
At EY and IBM I led People Advisory and Transformation Centers of Excellence, directing global HCM and ERP implementations and developing data-driven adoption tools such as Watson-based dashboards. I served as DEI practice leader for Financial Services and as an executive sponsor for a Neurodiverse Center of Excellence.
In 2021 I launched my own business and built a diversified real estate portfolio while continuing to teach, speak, and serve on advisory boards and nonprofits. I am passionate about cultivating talent, inclusive leadership, and community-focused housing initiatives.
