At Consolidated Management dba Taft Ventures, I built the corporate HR function from the ground up and lead HR operations for 110–120 employees across 14 locations and three companies.

I advise executive leadership on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compliance, payroll, benefits, workplace investigations, and organizational needs. I oversee more than $4 million in annual payroll and have led three payroll-provider transitions, five benefits transitions, and two 401(k) conversions.

Across multifamily, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and staffing, I’ve created policies, training programs, safety plans, recruitment and retention initiatives, and compliant HR practices. I bring a practical, hands-on approach to balancing employee needs, organizational priorities, and risk.
