What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support executives and teams—owning scheduling, communications, and event/project coordination—while leveraging strong editing and systems skills to keep programs running smoothly and to help them scale.

I support senior leaders and large teams by managing calendars and inboxes, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating conference and event logistics. In my current role, I help produce monthly All Hands for a 75+ member team, manage expense reporting, and run internal communications through Teams and SharePoint. I also support brand vice presidents of learning with onsite meeting logistics, special projects, virtual events, and project coordination.

Earlier, I served as an Administrative Coordinator supporting Legal/Administration and Franchising executives, coordinating meetings, handling inquiries, drafting and editing correspondence and contracts, and maintaining organized systems for litigation-related documentation. I’m also known for proofreading and editing—serving as the main proofreader/reviewer for publications and marketing materials—and for project management on training program launches, from compiling and editing materials to monitoring beta groups and creating promotional e-marketing.
