At Sky High Cabins, I owned the client lifecycle from signed management agreement through onboarding, property readiness, launch, and handoff into ongoing operations. I managed high-volume operations across portfolios of up to 200 short-term rental units.

I connect owners, leadership, revenue management, field operations, vendors, and support teams while maintaining high-touch communication. I direct Hostaway and multi-OTA integrations across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Wander, and Marriott Bonvoy Villas, and build scalable SOPs and handoff workflows.

As a consultant for Live In Luxury, I led onboarding, operations, listing optimization, and portfolio launch strategy for sophisticated owners and investors. I also supported business development, owner acquisition, multi-channel distribution, and luxury STR growth.

I previously owned, operated, and sold a seven-room bed and breakfast in Costa Rica, and built my consultative sales and investor-relations foundation as a Coldwell Banker real estate agent.
