I currently direct operations for a portfolio of more than 7,200 single-family rental units across North and South Carolina at First Key Homes. I drive operational reporting, district scorecard performance, revenue goals, resident escalations, reputation management, and legal proceedings.

Previously, at Taft Family Ventures, I led a 1,522-unit multifamily portfolio across nine properties in North and South Carolina. I managed financial reporting, collections, vacancy strategy, CRM pipelines, Fair Housing compliance, screening processes, and high-performing property teams.

At JRK Residential, I helped turn around a property from 70% occupancy to a sustained 92% while increasing NOI through rent growth, delinquency management, and collection protocols.

My background also includes property management, leasing, vendor relations, maintenance coordination, budget tracking, and customer-service leadership. I'm currently pursuing North Carolina and South Carolina real estate licenses.
