I’m looking to represent owners on high-stakes renovation and property operations—managing contractors, budgets, inspections, and finish protection—while keeping projects moving with clear documentation and zero risk exposure.

I’m a property and estate management professional with 15+ years of residential and commercial property oversight, including 7+ years dedicated to private UHNW principals. My focus is clear: contractor accountability, fine-finish and art protection, and restoring properties to pristine condition—so the owner sees progress, not problems.

In film production, I’ve managed multi-million-dollar private homes during invasive, high-risk studio use with 100+ person crews. Room-by-room pre-documentation, daily condition walkthroughs, scope enforcement, and the confidence to stop work when crews exceed approved boundaries have been central to my approach.

Across independent consulting and a multi-property portfolio role, I managed vendor contracts, budgets, invoice review, and project timelines with full independent authority and complete accountability for outcomes. I also built project tracking/documentation and preventative maintenance programs from scratch, and handled insurance/COI compliance and damage claims through settlement and project closeout.

I’ve also supported elite households as a house manager/property manager, coordinating dedicated household teams and maintaining white-glove standards with complete discretion. Earlier on, I represented commercial property owners and tenants on-site during production use, enforcing safety protocols and managing handback condition documentation to protect stakeholders.
