What I'm looking for
I’m a front-line professional who drives revenue by promoting, educating, and selling a company’s products or services, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. I also act as the primary liaison between the business and its customers, ensuring clear communication and strong client experiences.
In my current and recent roles at HEART NSTA Trust, I’ve strengthened my operational discipline as a Records Officer (Acting). I maintain databases and prepare reports, support confidentiality and integrity through backup and archiving, and ensure appropriate access to information within a secured environment while training and supervising staff.
Before that, I supported admissions and student data workflows—overseeing admissions and recruitment, maintaining admissions databases, processing applications, and preparing acceptance letters. I also validated data on the Training Management System (TMS) and coordinated admissions-related activities, including staff training.
