What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or People Operations role where I can advise leaders, support employee lifecycle processes, strengthen compliant workforce practices, and improve recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations in a collaborative environment.

I'm currently supporting Augusta University hiring managers with recruiting, candidate evaluation, offers, onboarding, and compliant documentation through Workday and applicant tracking systems.

At Apple, I partnered with leadership on People Operations, workforce planning, staffing, employee engagement, training, and employee lifecycle programs. I also supported employee relations, policy administration, confidential records, reporting, and process improvement in a high-volume environment.

My background also includes HR generalist support at Sam's Club, HR liaison work for Augusta-Richmond County, and federally regulated project operations. I bring more than five years of HR-focused experience, a Bachelor's in Human Resources, and an MBA in progress.
