At Texas A&M University, I orchestrate full-lifecycle people operations and talent acquisition for a 1,500+ employee portfolio. I partner with CFOs, AVPs, and hiring managers on employee relations, talent management, structured hiring, and team effectiveness.

I use HR systems including Workday and ADP to automate workflows, strengthen reporting, and improve employee lifecycle transitions. I analyze turnover, engagement, and performance data in Tableau to support workforce budget and succession planning.

My experience also includes contract HR operations at Fuel Cell Energy, where I managed onboarding administration, employee record audits, compliance, and inventory tracking during an operational transition.

Across Wayfair and Britt Rice Electric, I’ve handled employee relations investigations, compliance audits, accounts payable operations, reconciliations, documentation, and process improvements. I bring an MBA and a STEM MS in Marketing to data-driven HR and operations work.
