I’m looking for a role where I can support daily operations and customer needs with clear communication and accuracy, while handling financial/admin tasks reliably. I want a team that values organization, detail, and steady performance.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist with a strong blend of administrative support and financial operations experience, bringing organization, communication, and accuracy to daily work. I support customer service through email correspondence, online chat features, and phone communication, and I also help with business registration through the secretary of state’s office.

I’ve built a track record across office and front-desk roles—screening calls, routing requests, opening and sorting mail, processing mail payments, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track incoming work. In addition, I’ve managed teams and workflows as a Manager, overseeing Customer Service Phone Reps and Document Processors, running weekly group meetings, and reporting monthly numbers and updates; earlier, I worked as a Document Processor, inputting information into a CRM, converting documents between applications, monitoring deadlines, and troubleshooting document issues.
