I am an experienced customer service and operations professional with a strong background in cybersecurity, technical support, and high-volume client-facing roles. I bring a proven record of delivering reliable service and executing complex operational tasks across multiple industries.
Over my career I have managed large-scale delivery operations, supported internal technical systems, and provided frontline and escalation support in inbound/outbound call centers. I have executed thousands of deliveries and helped streamline workflows through SOP creation and process improvements.
