I’m a highly motivated and adaptable professional with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability, working well both independently and collaboratively. I built my foundation in economics and management through my Bachelor’s studies, then strengthened my accounting knowledge through internships and real operational work.

In accounting roles, I developed practical expertise in bank reconciliations, organizing accounting documentation, and processing tax payments accurately and on time. I also used Sage 100cloud while operating on tax and accounting tasks, and I achieved a measurable impact by reducing the time needed in bank reconciliations by 30% as an intern. On the customer and sales side, I delivered technical support and customer care for Hewlett-Packard clients, then moved into technical & sales work, driving issue resolution and strong client relationships.

Today, I’m focused on sales execution while managing client accounts and building long-term trust and loyalty. I’ve earned recognition for customer service with a “Customer First” Best Satisfaction award, and I bring an organized, people-first approach developed through time/stress management and clear communication. Outside work, I’ve founded and led clubs and teams, providing trainings to students and applying strategic planning, team management, coaching, and problem-solving to get results.
