I’m looking to grow in a sales-focused role where my customer service strengths, persuasive communication, and KPI-driven mindset increase transactions and client trust within a collaborative team.

I’m an Experienced, multilingual Customer Service Representative who builds client trust with persuasive communication and unwavering support. Currently in Dubai, I manage customer service budget and resources, handle complex inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Previously as an International Sales Assistant in Istanbul, I supported inventory planning and sending order confirmations, and provided sales and distributor analysis with business review support. I also coordinated with Marketing, Merchandising, Compliance, Accounting, and Quality Control, and created and processed expense reports for the International Sales team.

Earlier, as a Financial Manager in Tunisia, I compiled financial data, created reports and financial models, and led finance department oversight, including budget management, forecasting, and identifying cost-cutting opportunities to increase profits. I started my career as a Travel Consultant, negotiating rates with airlines and partners, resolving travel technical conflicts, and validating charges through invoice comparisons.
