I’m looking for a customer support or virtual assistant role where I can handle high-volume inquiries, manage scheduling and documentation, and support recruitment/admin tasks—preferably with remote flexibility and a fast-paced, organized team.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience supporting customers and candidates in fast-paced, high-volume settings. I’m known for empathy, accuracy, and strong communication that keeps service quality high and issues resolved efficiently.

In my Customer Service Representative Trainee role for a travel account (Orbitz) at Teleperformance, I handled customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat—assisting with hotel bookings, flight reservations, and itinerary changes. I coordinated with vendors and internal teams, completed timely follow-ups, and maintained organized documentation to ensure accurate customer records and consistent CSAT performance.

I also built a solid foundation through HR and Psychology internships. As an HR / Recruitment Intern (Jobs180.com), I conducted recruitment outreach research across the Philippines and managed structured administrative databases to support candidate sourcing. As a Psychology Intern (Psych Guide Inc.), I administered assessments, documented results, and maintained organized and confidential client records while supporting evaluations and administrative coordination.

As a virtual assistant, I support daily operations by managing email inbox organization, organizing calendars and appointments, and prioritizing tasks.
