At FaaRon & Associés, I delivered complex programs across banking, insurance, healthcare, government, and rail. For Canadian National, I delivered a C$2.5B Positive Train Control program across a national rail network, leading 55 direct and indirect staff.
I designed a Stage-Gate project lifecycle process adopted organization-wide and built financial trend reporting that surfaced planning risks earlier. Across client engagements, I also delivered regulatory and technology programs, including a $1.8M incident-management build for Industrial Alliance and a $2M Credit Bureau Freeze program for Desjardins Group.
I founded Dokpam, a medical and wellness technology marketplace connecting providers with patients through telemedicine, appointment scheduling, and tele-expertise. I directed its $250K platform build from concept to launch, managing the budget, resources, and stakeholder communication.
