I’m seeking senior program/PMO leadership where I translate strategy into measurable delivery outcomes, stand up governance/cadence, and scale Agile/SAFe execution across distributed teams—on time and within budget.

I’m a Senior Program & Portfolio Manager with 20+ years leading enterprise delivery across insurance, financial services, and telecom infrastructure, including 11+ years driving Agile and SAFe transformations. I bring PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) credentials and focus on translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

I’ve built PMO governance and delivery operating models that sustain execution without constant oversight—standing up cadence, risk/dependency management, and executive-ready reporting. I deliver high-visibility regulatory, cloud-migration, and digital-engagement programs on time and within budget across distributed, multi-time-zone teams.
