What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a position as an AI trainer where I can put my knowledge in humanities and technical areas at use to develop AI tools.

I’m a polyvalent individual who has graduated in History and have worked in IT management in international and multicultural environments.
From 2010 to 2020 I have been a service desk manager for the United Nations International Computing Centre, in Italy and Spain, responsible for the support of several thousand users located worldwide as well as successfully implementing several management standards and frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27000.
Prior to this I have held various support and supervisory roles in IT and telecommunications both in Italy and Ireland.
As part of my work I have achieved several industry certifications such as ITIL Expert and CISSP as well as technical ones from industry leaders (Microsoft and Cisco).
I have decided in 2020 to take a break from the corporate world to recenter on different values and have in the meantime achieved a year of study in music composition and production.

I was in charge of managing the Operations Bridge and Service Desk.
I had a team of 20 engineers and operator responsible for the monitoring and support IT systems and telecommunications networks.
I was as well Major Incident Manager in charge of the coordination and the communication during major incidents affecting service availability.
