At Amrize, formerly Holcim, I supported enterprise applications for industrial plants in the USA, resolving 250+ tickets per month in Jira and ServiceNow with a 10-minute average resolution time. I also monitored TIS applications and coordinated incident escalations.

I developed a ServiceNow-to-Jira ETL pipeline that migrated 1,500+ records, and created the team’s first AI initiative: an incident-routing prototype adopted by the team lead. I also built six Jira dashboards and documented support procedures and workflows across 50+ Confluence pages.

I’m studying for a Master’s in Computer Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de València and continue to build my applied AI skills, including RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering. I’m trilingual in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and open to remote, hybrid, or on-site work as a contractor, B2B, or employee.
