I’m seeking a challenging role where I can apply my technical skills and deep SAP knowledge to improve customer service and streamline service delivery. I want to continue growing my import and export logistics skills, while supporting timely deliveries, compliance, and efficient operations.

I’m an experienced Customer Service Expert with 29 years in the FMCG industry, known for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering consistent customer satisfaction. I leverage SAP to streamline operations, track customer interactions, and process orders efficiently, including data entry, order management, and troubleshooting. I also manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain functions, coordinating closely with commercial teams to develop and maintain SOPs.

As Customer Service Manager at Clariant South Africa (Provider of Commodity and Specialty Chemicals FMCG), I process customer orders, manage stock availability, and provide real-time updates on order and delivery status. I resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and Teams, monitor KPIs and implement process improvements, and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to mitigate shortages or delays. I support sales and planning with QNS processing, manage MRP, oversee third-party warehouse deliveries, and run export processes including Letters of Credit and financial documentation.
