What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or systems-focused role where I can resolve ERP, SQL, database, and software issues while growing my skills in systems analysis, infrastructure, and web development.

I currently support TecOpti’s ERP users through a Service Help Desk role, resolving software, database, and system-related incidents. I investigate issues with SQL queries, diagnose system problems, document incidents, and replicate reported software issues for escalation.

I completed a Diploma in Information Technology at UNISA, covering Business Analysis, Systems Analysis & Design, SQL, Linux, Java, and web development. My technical foundation also includes MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and CompTIA A+ networking and technician coursework.

Previously at Flippie’s Engineering Works, I designed and produced around 60 custom metal components and machine parts each month. I created CAD drawings, generated DXF files, optimized nesting in SheetCam, operated Mach3 CNC software, and helped reduce production turnaround time by approximately 80%.

I bring hands-on experience across manufacturing systems, IT infrastructure, customer support, and public service. I’m comfortable working independently or collaboratively, communicating clearly under pressure, and solving practical technical problems.
