What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT leadership role where I can support end users at scale, strengthen MDM and systems administration, and use automation/API integrations to streamline workflows—while keeping security, privacy, and VIP-level service as my standard.

I’m a results-driven IT Support Supervisor and automation specialist with five years of experience across technical support operations, systems administration, and end-user support. I’m known for handling high-volume service requests while maintaining discretion and data security.

I leverage Mobile Device Management (MDM) to provision, secure, and troubleshoot distributed hardware using AirWatch, Eloview, and PAX. I also manage user accounts, access permissions, and password-related tasks to support privacy and compliance.

Across my roles, I set up and configure hardware for new hires, support secure off-boarding, and monitor IT systems through ongoing maintenance. I optimize IT workflows using integrations and automation (including API integrations) to deliver exceptional, responsive service.
