What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a new IT challenge where I can apply my experience in technical support, customer relations, software development, or network administration while continuing to learn and grow.

At CircleK, I led remote T2 HyperCare desktop support for locations across the United States, helping stores resolve issues before and after major system updates and equipment installs.

I supervised a remote team, managed daily operations, delegated work through ServiceNow, monitored performance metrics, and facilitated virtual meetings to keep projects productive and aligned.

I troubleshoot credit and debit systems, Radiant, Verifone, point-of-sale and fuel systems, and store equipment using CircleK desktop applications and internal knowledge bases.

I earned a Magna Cum Laude B.S. in Information Technology and continue building my skills through CompTIA Essentials coursework in hardware, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, system configuration, software installation, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
