At The Forum, I lead technical architecture and product development for Ethos Device, Ethos Console, and Ethos Software, an integrated HRMS suite covering the flow from punch to payslip. I architected an offline-first sync system for the attendance and canteen device, which syncs reliably when network connectivity returns.
I also built AssureIT, a multi-tenant endpoint monitoring and IT asset management platform, and developed Power Optimus for industrial IoT energy and machine monitoring. At Neilsoft, I built an asset tracking and maintenance analysis system that brought HVAC and industrial IoT sensor data into real-time equipment health dashboards.
