I’m seeking a permanent online position to grow my skills further while supporting my studies, using my customer service, problem-solving, and strong communication to support customers smoothly.

I’m a Duty Manager with strong experience in customer service, team supervision, and daily store operations. I oversee smooth customer experiences, supervise staff and workflows, and handle customer queries, complaints, and conflict resolution with calm professionalism.

I also manage cash-ups, balance floats, and maintain financial accuracy through accurate POS operation. From Supervisor and Cashier roles at The Magic Company and experience as a Runner at Spur, I’ve built a reputation as a fast learner with high attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in busy environments.
