What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supervisory or operations management level role where I can lead front-end performance, enforce SOP compliance, manage cash control, and coach teams. I want to improve workflows, resolve issues fast, and maintain high customer service standards.

I’m a result-driven operations and customer service leader with over 9–10 years of progressive retail experience at Woolworths. I currently serve as a Pay Point Coordinator, leading front-end operations, supervising teams, managing cash control, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and SOPs.

In my role, I coordinate daily performance by supervising, coaching, and supporting till operators to maintain productivity and service excellence. I manage cash handling procedures and internal control compliance, resolve escalated customer concerns, and develop staff schedules aligned with business demand—while monitoring performance standards and addressing gaps proactively.

I also bring hands-on experience from earlier customer-facing roles at Woolworths, including processing and tracking customer orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and handling exchange/return transactions (including RTVs). With Business Management training (NQF level 3) and Office Computing training, I strengthen my administrative capability, improve workflows, and keep service standards high in fast-paced environments. I’m motivated, disciplined, and committed to continuous growth, and I would welcome an opportunity to contribute at a supervisory or operations management level.
