I’m looking for a role where I can combine on-site IT support with strong documentation, networking troubleshooting, and automation-minded improvements, working with teams that value security and continuous learning.

I’m an IT specialist and field service technician with years of hands-on experience supporting customers, resolving hardware and software issues, and keeping systems running reliably. At Comcast, I focused on map planning and design—using Salesforce, CSG tools, AutoCAD, and spatial maps to determine service coverage and coordinate construction points.

I also provide on-site support for equipment like bank scanners, including installing/updating software, troubleshooting, and documenting system logs for manufacturer collaboration. My background spans desktop support and tech support work with ticketing systems and virtualization (vSphere), plus networking fundamentals through Cisco Packet Tracer and security training via my Google Cybersecurity Coursera course.
