What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver dependable Tier 1–2 support in a managed services environment—imaging and deploying devices, resolving incidents, keeping CMDB accurate, and working closely with escalation teams while following security and compliance.

I’m an IT Support Technician with hands-on experience delivering Tier 1–2 enterprise IT support in a managed services environment. In my current Customer Engineer (Install Technician) role, I provide on-site support for end users under contract requirements and focus on reliable, customer-focused outcomes.

I specialize in laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment—using Microsoft Intune and Lenovo Cloud Deploy—to support smooth device lifecycle transitions. I also maintain accurate asset and configuration records by updating CMDB entries during device lifecycle activities, and I work in alignment with SLA and documentation standards.

My day-to-day work includes break/fix troubleshooting and hardware refreshes for laptops, docks, monitors, printers, and peripherals. I also support user onboarding and offboarding, assist with password reset and access-related troubleshooting, and coordinate with remote escalation teams when elevated permissions are required.

Before IT support work, I completed a Field Technician (Intern) experience installing and configuring Cisco switches and wireless access points, including structured cabling (CAT5/CAT6). I bring a strong customer service mindset, follow IT security policies and compliance procedures, and stay effective under pressure—along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Business and Information Technology.
