I am a dedicated Human Resources professional with over six years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and performance management. I have practical expertise in UAE and GCC HR practices and a track record of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

In my current role as Human Capital Manager, I develop and implement HR strategies, oversee full-cycle recruitment, manage payroll and benefits, and administer visa processes for staff deployment to KSA. I have led performance appraisal system rollouts and employee engagement programs that improve workforce performance.

Previously, I served as an HR Officer managing attendance, leave systems, payroll preparation, statutory records (SESSI & EOBI), onboarding documentation, and exit processes, while maintaining confidentiality and operational accuracy. I also has experience in client onboarding and application processing earlier in my career.

I hold a BBA in HRM and multiple HR and compliance certifications (SHRM introductory, ISO auditor, ISO 27001, strategic workforce planning, and modern talent-acquisition topics). I bring strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to creating supportive workplace cultures.
