What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Advisor who resolves customer queries quickly and accurately, including tax-related questions and payment handling, while keeping customer accounts up to date. In every contact centre role, I focus on first point of contact outcomes to support company performance targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
Before HMRC, I built strong customer support experience across Footasylum and JD Sports Fashion by communicating through phone, email, and social media to troubleshoot issues and meet productivity goals. I also developed retail customer confidence through serving at tills and helping customers find what they need at Boots, Zara’s Boutique, and earlier roles from a young age—skills I now bring into structured, high-volume service environments.
