What I'm looking for

I’m looking for entry-level IT support/help desk or technical support work, with the chance to grow long-term in system support and infrastructure roles. I want a team where troubleshooting, user support, and responsible device management are valued.

I’m a motivated and dependable IT support professional with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and end-user technology issues in educational and healthcare environments. I provide practical support across devices, AV equipment, and end-user workflows, while maintaining accurate documentation and data collection when troubleshooting and supporting users.

Since 2021, I’ve served as an IT Coordinator / Supervising Teacher where I remove and re-add computers within domain environments, troubleshoot classroom technology, and support educational software platforms and user access management. Earlier, I supported ticket routing and escalation as an IT Help Desk Intern and imaged/configured laptops and tablets as a Technical Support Intern—building strong fundamentals in imaging, networking, security troubleshooting, and reliable day-to-day device support.
