I’m looking for Help Desk/IT Support work where I can quickly troubleshoot issues, support users with device and software problems, and keep documentation organized—using data and automation to improve response quality and efficiency.

I’m a CompTIA A+ Certified professional with 6+ years of experience using technology, data analysis, documentation management, and stakeholder communication in fast-paced educational environments. I’m known for quickly learning new systems, adapting to technology, and delivering excellent customer service.

I’ve supported students, colleagues, and families with classroom technology, digital platforms, login issues, software application usage, and routine troubleshooting to keep daily work moving. I also coordinate communication to ensure issues are resolved with clear follow-through and timely updates.

Alongside operational support, I analyze performance data to identify trends, monitor progress, and support data-driven decision-making. I maintain accurate digital records, reports, and compliance documentation across multiple systems—so stakeholders can rely on clean, organized information.

I also built and tested an “AI Productivity & Workflow Automation” lab, using AI tools to automate research and documentation workflows and develop prompt-based workflows to improve efficiency and information gathering. I evaluated emerging AI platforms for practical business applications and researched automation opportunities across education and logistics to reduce repetitive administrative work.
