What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can resolve complex technical issues, support end users, maintain reliable systems, and contribute to upgrades and company-wide IT initiatives.

At Rooms To Go, I serve as a Tier 2 escalation point, resolving hardware, software, peripheral, and end-user support issues across retail, distribution, and warehouse networks. I’ve installed computers, software, printers, and networking equipment for more than 600 clients while maintaining IT assets and documentation.

I bring more than five years of troubleshooting and customer support experience, including phone, email, and webchat resolution. I’m comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and keeping systems current through installations, updates, patching, and maintenance.
