I’m a management consultant with 8 years of experience at Accenture supporting technology, operations, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives across electric, gas, and water utilities. My work has included business process design, current-state and future-state analysis, requirements gathering, implementation planning, testing strategy, deployment readiness, go-live support, and post-production hypercare.

I’ve led and coordinated cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendor, and offshore groups on large enterprise programs serving up to 1.5M customers. I’m experienced translating complex business problems into structured plans, clear documentation, practical recommendations, and execution roadmaps.

I also serve as a Senior Partner with Approach Advisors, where I support small business clients with growth strategy, business development, opportunity research, proposal development, process improvement, and operational planning. This has strengthened my interest in entrepreneurship, client growth, and helping businesses turn ideas into practical execution plans.

Outside of my core consulting work, I’m interested in AI-assisted business workflows, automation, lead generation, SEO, and business analysis. I’ve built AI and automation projects using tools such as OpenAI, n8n, Make.com, Google Search Console, GA4, Voiceflow, PhantomBuster, Anymail Finder, and Instantly. These projects have included AI-assisted SEO research, automated lead-generation workflows, personalized outreach sequences, and chatbot prototypes for property management and mortgage use cases.

I’m interested in remote consulting, AI evaluation, business analysis, process improvement, implementation support, document review, workflow automation, and roles where I can apply structured thinking, clear writing, and practical business judgment.
