Built internal AI prompting/training tools and custom GPTs, cutting design-to-prototype time by 40% and scaling AI adoption from 0% to 80% while transforming design-to-development collaboration with code-based iteration.

Designed Motion Artist software from concept through market launch and released a new animation product for motion-based storytelling. Led distributed QA and customer support, managed beta programs to gather power-user feedback, and partnered with international production studios to inform roadmap decisions for hundreds of 3D assets.
