At Navitas Business Consulting, I lead UX for the U.S. Department of State’s Risk Analysis and Management platform, designing case review, approval, role-based access, and audit history. I shipped its first major redesign and am leading the next release.

I also owned end-to-end design for DoD CDAO’s AI decision-support product, used by 16,000+ monthly users. I designed citations, source presentation, and confidence and uncertainty signals so people could interpret AI output and stay in control.

At National Student Clearinghouse, I built a modular enterprise design system adopted by 11+ development teams, with estimated savings of $1.8M over three years. I bring research on human-automation trust into my design work, and I use AI coding agents to take prototypes through to front-end code.
