I'm a Technical Product Manager at Cake by VPBank, where I sole-own CTicket — a multi-surface ticketing platform spanning a consumer website, banking super-app SDK, mobile check-in app, and admin portal — for a 7-engineer Agile squad with no BA layer.
In 2025, the platform delivered 238bn VND GMV (159% of annual target), 8bn+ VND platform revenue, and ~99k customer accounts across 30+ shipped features and 90+ events, with zero critical post-release incidents.
I work end-to-end: translating ambiguous business requirements into Figma mockups, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows — then verifying delivery through product acceptance testing and funnel analysis. I've coordinated high-stakes launches including the Big Bang World Tour on-sale (~100K+ concurrent users at peak) and T1 Vietnam Fanmeeting.
Previously, I supported KYC and digital onboarding at Cake by translating State Bank of Vietnam regulatory constraints into NFC-based identity verification across 8 sprint releases.
