I seek a hands-on IT support or helpdesk role where I can apply networking, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills, learn new technologies, and grow into leadership within a collaborative team.

I am a hands-on IT support professional with 10 years of experience delivering technical troubleshooting, networking, and customer-facing support across desktop, router, and ISP environments. I have worked as a subject matter expert and senior technical support associate handling complex diagnostics and remote remediation.

I teach robotics and coding part-time and have experience responding to student queries and delivering technical instruction. I have supported major OS and device platforms, performed on-page and off-page SEO, and executed social media and Google Ads campaigns.

I hold certifications in React+Redux and Swift 4 and continually expand my technical skill set across Linux, Windows, Cisco, AWS, REST APIs and remote-access tools. I am motivated by solving technical problems, improving customer experience, and mentoring others.
