What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or call center role where I can use my German-language communication skills, remote support experience, and knowledge of billing, contract, CRM, and administrative workflows.

I've supported German-speaking customers for Aldi Talk and EGS GmbH, handling mobile-service inquiries as well as electricity, gas, and photovoltaic requests.

In remote call center and customer support roles, I communicate by phone and email, update and verify customer data, and provide billing and contract support using SAP IS-U, CRM, Citrix, and Outlook. Having lived and attended school in Germany for 13 years, I bring near-native German and a strong understanding of German customer service culture.
