What I'm looking for
I’m a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience managing email-based customer support, order tracking, and returns/exchanges across e-commerce, real estate, and service businesses. I focus on fast, professional responses that keep customers satisfied.
In my recent role as a Customer Service Representative (remote), I answered inquiries promptly via Gmail and Klaviyo, and I resolved order and product questions with accuracy. I managed exchanges and returns, coordinating with CRM records to keep information up to date and prevent delays.
