At Kind Lending, I prototyped an LLM-assisted intake workflow in Cursor and delivered it to production with two back-end developers. It turned unstructured business requests into Jira epics and stories, cutting requirements turnaround from weeks to hours.

At JPMorgan Chase & Co., I conceived the APDS appraisal-eligibility decisioning service, authored its requirements and API/ETL specifications, and hand-tested it through UAT and release. It delivered 10% better accuracy, 30% less manual review, and $2M+ in annual savings.

I’ve also owned platform delivery and product operations across mortgage origination, including leading the Home Equity platform replacement at JPMorgan Chase and delivering the 120-branch Empower LOS conversion at imortgage.
