At Northern Trust, I own strategy for Analytics Workbench and Data Mesh, two enterprise data and analytics products supported by a $10M budget. I translate business and customer needs into priorities across data, cloud, architecture, and governance teams.
I repositioned AWB as a self-service governed analytics platform, growing adoption 3.3x in 12 months and scaling 10+ AI/ML use cases across multiple domains within six months. I also drove Data Mesh delivery to create a Data-as-a-Product ecosystem and built a community of practice to strengthen user adoption.
Earlier, I led SaaS implementations at Milliman, built a PMO across U.S. and Japan teams, and managed application modernization and payment-system releases at Northern Trust and Fiserv. My experience spans product strategy, customer discovery, roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional delivery in regulated financial services environments.

Managed application lifecycle and modernization across a ~500 application environment, coordinating prioritization, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams, delivering 147 Windows OS upgrades in six months.
Managed releases and change initiatives for billing and payment systems, translating complex business requirements into delivery plans and go/no-go recommendations.
Managed and coached a team of 8-10 analysts supporting high-volume merchant transaction reconciliations, improving operational consistency through root-cause analysis and standardized procedures.
