I’m an Operations Coordinator and supply chain & fulfillment operations professional with 2+ years of progressive leadership experience at Walmart Canada. I advanced from Omni Associate to Omni Lead Department Manager, building a strong track record in omnichannel execution and operational accountability.

In my current role, I lead daily operations for a team of 40+ associates to ensure safe, efficient, and timely order fulfillment. I coordinate workforce allocation and workflow prioritization, then monitor KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, customer wait time, and service quality to drive corrective actions.

I’ve managed high-volume processes across order picking, staging, and dispatch—supervising associates and ensuring operational targets are met. I train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members, and I collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to improve departmental performance.

I’m especially focused on continuous improvement: improving operational performance through KPI tracking, workflow optimization, and root-cause thinking. I also handle customer escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction and strengthen service quality.
