What I'm looking for
I am an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in healthcare IT, systems administration, and remote support.

I routinely used tools like Ivanti, SCCM, and Microsoft Teams to diagnose issues and minimize operational disruptions.
I led imaging and device configuration at EQ Technology Group, developed database systems with FileMaker, and trained junior staff in PC troubleshooting. I also have experience with Windows and Linux systems, networking configuration, PC assembly, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and AutoCAD.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Engineering and multiple IT certifications, and I seek roles where I can apply my technical skills in collaborative, fast-paced healthcare or enterprise environments.
