At Art of Problem Solving, I drive enrollment growth, retention, and customer experience across a seven-campus portfolio. I translate pipeline data and field needs into account strategy, outreach, coaching, and staffing recommendations.
I designed a Lightdash KPI workflow for all 25 AoPS academies, replacing scattered reports with a weekly operating cadence for campus teams and HQ leadership. Previously, I trained educators across 1,400+ school accounts, led product demonstrations, and converted a 60-school pilot into AoPS’s second-largest multiyear contract.
At the Salk Institute, I managed an NGSS-aligned Mobile Science Lab serving about 2,500 middle school students annually and built partnerships that expanded access for Title I schools. I also managed six foundation and corporate funders with a 100% renewal rate and created a biotech pipeline program that increased participants’ intent to pursue STEM majors.
My background includes classroom teaching, multilingual learner coordination, board leadership for the Mobile Lab Coalition, and retail operations management. I bring an educator’s perspective to building trusted relationships, improving systems, and helping schools adopt instructional solutions.
