I am a recent graduate from Cavite State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in IT principles, and I am eager to apply my knowledge in a growth-oriented organization. I thrive in challenging environments where I can enhance my skills and contribute to the company's mission and goals.

During my internship and work experience, I have developed strong customer service skills, particularly in roles that required effective communication and problem-solving. As a Cashier/Encoder, I assisted in daily reporting and data management, while my role as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance honed my ability to assist customers with inquiries and provide product information. I am committed to delivering excellent service and am excited about the opportunity to grow professionally.
