I’m a results-driven Human Resource Management professional with over 3 years of progressive HR experience across outsourced HR services, HR consulting, and direct HRM operations. I’m a registered member of the Instituteof Human ResourceManagement (IHRM) and ISO 9000 Certified, with a strong track record in strategic HR planning, full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, policy development, and employee relations.

As a Human Resource Manager at Prosper HR, I provide strategic oversight of full-spectrum HR operations for a multi-sector HR outsourcing firm. I lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, develop and audit HR policies for legal compliance, supervise employee relations and performance management, and drive training, engagement, and HR data reporting across client sites.
