I’m a dynamic, results-oriented Human Resource Professional with over 10 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, HR engineering process management, HR administration, leadership, and operations across diverse industries including fintech, BPO, HR outsourcing, and Executive Search.
As Head of Human Resources (Solar Energy), I oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for a sales-driven culture. I develop performance systems with KPIs and appraisals, enforce tailored HR policies for compliance with Kenyan labor laws, and lead training to close skills gaps—while designing compensation packages, including sales commissions, to boost motivation and productivity.
