I’m looking for a customer experience role where I can deliver safety-conscious, world-class service in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment—using my communication, problem-solving, and customer support strengths to support aviation and guest satisfaction.

I’m a customer-focused, safety-conscious, and highly adaptable service professional with experience delivering exceptional support in fast-paced, multicultural environments. I’m skilled in customer handling, conflict resolution, and maintaining high service standards while communicating clearly and professionally.

Currently, I work as a Family Caregiver & Childcare Provider (Part-time), providing daily care, emotional well-being support, and learning activities for infants and toddlers. I build strong relationships with families through reliability and trust, especially in day-to-day routines.

Previously, I’ve supported growth and operations through roles like Sales Lead and Virtual Assistant. I conducted end to end sales & marketing administration, performed market research and competitor analysis, maintained databases of prospects, and handled pre-sales to after-sales coordination.

I also bring creative and content experience as a Freelance Graphic Artist, creating 5–8 social media posts per week and overseeing social media design. Earlier as a freelance Editor/Proofreader and Virtual Assistant, I refined manuscripts and managed multiple projects to meet deadlines with polished, publication-ready results.
