I’m a Sales Representative Team Leader who leads teams to achieve sales targets through effective training and motivation. I develop product knowledge sessions, analyze market trends and customer feedback, and use that insight to improve sales strategies.

Before and alongside sales, I built strong customer experience skills working as a Bartender / Restaurant Server. I craft cocktails and beverages, maintain bar cleanliness and organization, handle cash and credit transactions, and support compliance with safety regulations while keeping service moving in fast-paced conditions.

I bring an attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and relationship building approach that supports customer satisfaction. With an Associate of Applied Science in Business Marketing and a cosmetology background, I’m motivated to keep improving workflows and strengthening client connections.
