I excel at customer satisfaction and sales-team support, managing quoting, proposal creation, order management, margin analysis, forecasting, and opportunity tracking. Earlier in my career I led operations as an executive chef/manager and as the owner/operator of a catering business, where I handled scheduling, inventory, purchasing, marketing, sales, production and bookkeeping—reaching annual sales above $700,000. Those roles sharpened my operational decision-making, attention to detail, and client service skills.

I am self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems and processes, with formal training and proficiencies that include Microsoft Office, Microsoft CRM, NetSuite, Navision, Avaya OneSource, and Cisco Commerce.
